The connection of information technology and an ethic of teacher caring in Business Education could be produce a good effect for a work force in the information society. This means the role of caring in teaching and incorporating information technology in teaching strategy. Information technology in the area of business education requires the knowledge and skills not only to meet the current needs of organizations but also to gain new knowledge and learn new skills as the IT needs of the organization change.
